How to change my JioFiber Router (WiFi/SSID) password
Using the MyJio app
- Log in to the MyJio app with your JioFiber number and select ‘Fiber Account’.
- Tap on the menu icon located in the top-left corner and select ‘Settings’.
- Choose ‘Device Settings’ and then ‘My Device’.
- Wait for a few seconds until the JioFiber Router details appear.
- Tap on “Wi-Fi Settings“.
- Tap on each SSID (Wi-Fi Name) for which you want to change the user ID.
- Enter a new password and save.

Using Jio.com
- Log in to www.jio.com using your JioFiber number.
- Select ‘sign in‘ on the menu bar and go to JioFiber.
- Enter your Service ID or Registered Mobile Number to generate an OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on your Registered Mobile Number.
- Go to ‘Settings’, choose ‘My Device‘, and then select ‘ONT- Advanced Settings’.
- Select each SSID (Wi-Fi Name) for which you want to change the user ID.
- Enter a new password and save.
